For those that didn't get the chance, Bridges 2024 was this year's conference on mathematical connections in art, music, architecture, and culture, held in Richmond, Virginia from July 31 to August 5. We presented a paper to the conference, with a following talk, and hosted a table at Family Day where anyone could come by and check out the Gnomon deck and some of the games available. Plenty of people did so, and if you were one of them, we're glad to have met you! We hope that you enjoyed yourself! |

Many thanks to all the volunteers who assisted during Family Day, including the two at our table, Noelle and Charlie. And thanks, of course, to the conference itself and all the people involved for the opportunity to not just present our own stuff, but find out about myriads more from others doing some creative, fascinating, and esoteric connections between math and art. Be sure to check out the exhibitions gallery if you didn't get to see it in person, or want to see past exhibitions. Our (Dan's) paper can be found here, while the video of the presentation at the conference is below. Cheers! |
